At Cartsy, we aim to deliver your fashion essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how orders are processed and delivered.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification via email or SMS once your order is shipped


2. Shipping Locations

  • Currently, Cartsy ships across India

  • We do not offer international shipping at the moment

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

⏳ Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹599

  • A standard shipping fee (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment

No hidden charges—what you see at checkout is what you pay.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS

  • You can track your order using the provided courier tracking link

If tracking details are not updated immediately, please allow 24 hours for activation.


6. Delays & Exceptions

Cartsy is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions

  • Government restrictions or strikes

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer


7. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customer unavailability

Re-shipping may incur additional charges.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the package and product
